We help foreign investors and families obtain permanent residency through the EB-5 Program. We focus on risk adverse investments by partnering with companies and partners who will always consider the investors and clients needs first. Thomas Lee serves as President and CEO of Toma Regional Center. Thomas has been in the EB-5 industry since 2010 and specializes in commercial real estate investments and finance. He has transacted and structured over $300 million in Senior and Mezzanine Debt and Equity Funds. Prior to transitioning into commercial real estate, Thomas was a Fixed Income Analyst at an asset management firm with over $5 billion AUM, where he handled analytics, due diligence and RFP requests.  He also worked at Morgan Stanley, where he obtained his FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.

Thomas earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Finance from George Mason University’s School of Business, and a Master’s in Real Estate from Georgetown University.
